Granola Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bisquik
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Start with 1 1/2  cups of leftover pancake batter or mix your own with the Bisquik, egg and milk.

  2. Stir in the yogurt, followed by the granola, just until mixed.

  3. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto a heated, greased pan and cook until the edges turn dry. Flip and cook till golden.

  4. Stack the pancakes and top with your favorite fruit.
