In a large bowl, use a standing mixer or spatula to combine the warm water, dry yeast, and sugar. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Mix in the oil.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until the dough is no longer sticky. (You may have a bit of the dry ingredients left over.)

With your hands, knead the dough inside the bowl. Add flour as needed until the dough feels smooth and no longer sticky.

Place the dough on a floured surface. Cut in half or quarters and roll out the dough to 1/4” thick.

Use a cookie cutter to cut the dough into 3” circles.
