Sweet,juicy mango paired with onion, jalapeno, lime and cilantro.

Ingredients

cups
mango
chopped (2 medium mangos or 1.25 lbs pre-cut)
1/2
red onion
¼
cup
chopped cilantro or flatleaf parsley
parsley is a great sub for cilantro haters
1
jalapeno
1
lime
for zest & juice
Instructions
Cube mango into ½ inch pieces.
Finely dice the red onion.
Chop cilantro (or flatleaf parsley).
Dice jalapeno, removing seeds and ribs to make it less spicy.
Add chopped ingredients into a large bowl, topping with the zest and juice of one lime.
Mix and serve!
