Mango Salsa Recipe

Sweet,juicy mango paired with onion, jalapeno, lime and cilantro.

  • 3 cups mango chopped (2 medium mangos or 1.25 lbs pre-cut)
  • 1/2 red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro or flatleaf parsley parsley is a great sub for cilantro haters
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 lime for zest & juice


  1. Cube mango into ½ inch pieces.
  2. Finely dice the red onion.
  3. Chop cilantro (or flatleaf parsley).
  4. Dice jalapeno, removing seeds and ribs to make it less spicy.
  5. Add chopped ingredients into a large bowl, topping with the zest and juice of one lime.
  6. Mix and serve!
