Whether you’re celebrating the last week of summer or surviving the first week of distance learning, this easy rum cocktail is perfect, whether you’re making just one drink or a large batch. Our friends Jill and Alissa make it often for pool parties and have experimented with a number of different rum and lemonade brands; they swear by Sailor Jerry’s rum and Costco lemonade (similar to Minute Maid, which is often easier to find).
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Sailor Jerry’s Rum
4 oz Lemonade
*For large batches, the ratio is 1/3 rum to 2/3 lemonade.
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour rum over ice. Top with lemonade and stir.
