We’re big on butter in this family – herbed butter, whole grain mustard butter (amazing on pretzel bread). Our newest favorite, blue cheese butter, was inspired by a recent meal at The Stilwell in Kansas City. Their Prosciutto “Drop” Biscuits With Smoked Blue Cheese Butter are lifechanging. I ordered them as both an appetizer and dessert.
We use our copycat recipe below to top smoked baked potatoes, steak, and more, and it doesn’t disappoint.
Ingredients
8 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
5 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
½ tsp salt
Minced chives
Instructions
Using a spatula, mash together the butter, blue cheese and salt. Top with chives.
Serve on anything and everything.
