This copycat Lemon Gin Fizz recipe is from San Diego’s Hotel Del Coronado. You can order their “Sun Deck Lemonade” individually or buy the pitcher at the pool. Pro tip: Just order the pitcher.

Lemon Gin Fizz Ingredients:
1.5 oz New Amsterdam Gin
1.5 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz St. Germain
.5 oz Lillet Blanc
tonic
1 oz Empress Gin float
Instructions:
Combine New Amsterdam Gin, lemon juice, St. Germain, and Lillet Blanc in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake.
Pour over ice, top with tonic, then float Empress Gin as a top layer.
