Lemon Balm Gin & Tonic

Lemon Balm Gin & Tonic, Raise Magazine

Bombay Sapphire gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and tonic.

A refreshing, citrus-infused take on the classic. I love lemon balm, but too much can result in a medicinal or soapy taste. Freshly cut, homegrown leaves are more flavorful than store bought ones, so if you find the lemon balm in your cocktail to be overpowering, simply use less.
