The dishes (and drinks!) we make year after year.
This year, we’re going rogue and serving steak for Thanksgiving dinner. It seems fitting for a year where nothing is normal. We’re taking a classic steak house approach with family style sides, far too many carbs, and over the top desserts.
Below are our favorite sides to accompany any main dish, plus the turkey recipe my husband swears by.
Cook's Illustrated's Slow-Roasted Turkey with Gravy
The key is cooking the turkey in pieces.
The perfect way to start your early cooking day.
A showstopper for predinner cocktails.
Triple Garlic Bread
Our newest addition. (Though we've already made it TWICE this week. And it's Wednesday.)
